This document, approved and implemented by the agency’s executive, provided a comprehensive and complex strategic approach for national outreach across the mental health sector and the broader community.

The Strategy was adopted by the executive of the agency, and the direction provided resulted in a significant boost in the Commission’s social media following, as well as an up-tick in stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. In addition, new internal policy and procedures were enacted (as directed by the Strategy).
